This role would be working within an international provider of business solutions; offering accounting software, payroll software and real-time business management tools to over 700,000 businesses worldwide. They are the market leaders in their field.
As an Online Community Manager / Community Forum Manager you will have sole responsibility of the company's web forum and engagement with all their online communities.
The main focus of this role is to strategise, implement and analyse the usage and effectiveness of the forum and engage with my client's online community. The ideal candidate would ideally have:
Experience managing and driving online based communities
Have previously worked in a Marketing/Communications role that dealt and managed forums, blogs and online communities
Knowledge of the web, forums and SEM/SEO fundamentals
Familiarity with Social Media and Community Tools
Outstanding business acumen and be able to develop strategies, implement and deliver on them, while offering a good ROI.
